What is a Panic Attack?

Sudden onset, palpitations, sweating, shaking, feeling like you can't breathe, dizziness, lightheadedness, fainting, numbness and tingling, nausea, abdominal pain, a feeling of swelling or flushing, high blood pressure, usually lasting 5-10 minutes and sometimes up to half an hour, are intense anxiety or fear attacks. During an attack, there is a fear of death or losing control, fear of going crazy. The presence of someone you trust and going to the hospital usually reduces the severity of the symptoms.

Panic Disorder is;

A few Having a severe panic attack twice, constantly feeling anxious about having another panic attack (anticipatory anxiety), constantly feeling sad because of the belief that panic attacks may lead to bad outcomes such as "having a heart attack", "losing control" or "having a stroke", and certain behavioral changes such as not going to work, not doing sports or housework, not eating or drinking certain foods or drinks, and carrying medicine, water, alcohol and various foods with you as a precaution against attacks. Panic Disorder is an illness that can be cured with medication and psychotherapy.
